Kettlebell Flow or Complex?

Either way the mindfulness I get from training sequences with Kettlebells gives me, is unrivalled by any training method I’ve tried over the years. Busy lives, kids, school holidays, work and day to day life all disappear for the moment of surenity whilst I move. Accumulating reps as we go. Low risk but high reward training at 43 is a winner.
This Flow or Complex-
-2 Kneeling thrusters each way
Followed by right arm then left-
-Row
-Clean
-High pull
-Snatch
-Eccentric lateral swing
-Rotational press
I completed this workout 1 minute work 1 minute rest for 15 rounds and was a sweaty mess by the end 💦
