success stories

In my 30s, I had a history of being fit, but things changed—aches, injuries, and too many excuses took over. By 35, I had accepted being out of shape and felt stuck. Then, everything changed when I found out I was going to be a father. That question—"What kind of father do I want to be?"—lit a fire in me. Armed with a single Kettlebell and a relentless mindset, I started. Fast-forward to today, at 43, I’m in the best shape of my life—physically and mentally. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Now, I’m driven to help others find their strength too.
